Objectives:Major outcomes will include an approved Strategic Action Programme including, a targeted and coasted programme of action and recommended framework for improved regional co-operation in the management of the environment of the South China Sea and the followings will be considered to fulfill the objective of the project.
(1) A series of national and regional management plans for specific habitats and issues.
(2) Nine demonstration management activities at sites of regional and global significance.
(3) A regional management plan for maintenance of transboundary fish stocks in the Gulf of Thailand.
(4) Pilot activities relating to alternative remedial actions to address priority transboundary pollutants and adopted water quality objectives and standards.
(5) Activities include national level analyses and reviews and management of demonstration activities and regional harmonization and co-ordination of national level actions.
